How to check a voicemail remotely with Snap Dial.
If you have Voicemail to Email on our system, you have the ability to check your voicemail from anywhere that you have internet access or telephone access. If you have your voicemail set to email your messages. You can simply search your inbox for your emails that have the voicemail attached.
If you have stored your messages on your desk phone / manager portal. You can enter your mailbox and listen to voicemails left on your desk phone simply by using any touchtone telephone. Simply call your number/extension and while your message is playing and press the * key on your phone. You can call in and ask someone to transfer you to your extension, let it go to voicemail and then press the * key as you hear your voicemail greeting. Once you press the * key, you will hear a prompt to enter your voicemail PIN followed by the pound key. Once you enter your PIN you will be able to listen to the mailbox just as if you are at the office.
You may also login to the managers portal from any internet browser (google chrome preferred) and login like you would normally at your office with your login name and password.
Simply click on your messages.
